Refund Policy
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and problems :
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund was approved. If you're approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
